Paramount+ has released a new two-minute trailer for Season 4 of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, offering fans an extended look at the next chapter of Captain Christopher Pike’s journey aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise before the series enters its final stretch when it debuts on July 23. The new season arrives as the show approaches its previously announced fifth and final season.

Led by Anson Mount as Pike, the series continues to bridge the gap between the events of “Star Trek: Discovery” and the era of the original Enterprise crew. The trailer showcases the growing relationship between Spock, played by Ethan Peck, and James T. Kirk, portrayed by Paul Wesley, signaling that Kirk will play a larger role in the new season. Returning cast members also include Rebecca Romijn, Jess Bush, Celia Rose Gooding, Christina Chong, Melissa Navia, Babs Olusanmokun and Martin Quinn.

According to the official synopsis, the Enterprise crew will face both personal struggles and external dangers while encountering new characters and reconnecting with familiar faces. Scenes teased in the footage include dinosaur encounters, black-hole-related dangers and other genre-spanning adventures that have become a hallmark of the series.

Season 4 of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds premieres July 23 on Paramount+, with new episodes scheduled to debut weekly through Sept. 24. See the trailer: HERE.
