Prime Video has unveiled the first trailer for Ride or Die, an action-comedy series starring Octavia Spencer and Hannah Waddingham that will debut July 15 with all eight episodes available at once.

The series follows longtime friends Debbie Claybourne and Judith Burton, whose lives are thrown into turmoil when Debbie discovers that Judith has been hiding a secret life as an international assassin.  After a mission goes wrong and a figure from Judith’s past resurfaces, the pair are forced into a frantic escape across Europe. Pursued by authorities, contract killers and criminals, the friends navigate a series of dangerous situations that include car chases and a leap from a moving train. The trailer, set to Dua Lipa’s “Physical,” also reveals that Debbie’s husband unknowingly became entangled with criminals after taking money tied to the organization pursuing them.

Created by Tessa Coates, the cast includes Ed Skrein, Calam Lynch, Savannah Steyn, Jamie Parker, Jacky Ido, Sylvia Hoeks and Bill Nighy. The series is overseen by showrunner Matt Miller, with Peyton Reed directing. Spencer and Waddingham also serve as executive producers. Production comes from Paramount Television Studios, Amazon MGM Studios, Double Dream and Spencer’s Orit Entertainment.
