Jennifer Coolidge and Nicole Scherzinger have joined the cast of Rebel Wilson‘s upcoming comedy “Girl Group.”

Wilson wrote in an Instagram post announcing the collaboration: “I guess the pussycat’s outta the bag!” with a photo of Wilson, Coolidge and Scherzinger in front of a stage.

Wilson, who is directing and producing the feature film, portrays a “pop diva who has been kicked out of her own girl group’s reunion tour and slapped with a sentence of court-ordered community service.”  She then “seizes the change to stage a comeback by coaching a group of misfit teen girls for a major record label audition.”

Per Deadline, Coolidge and Scherzinger’s roles remain under wraps, but the project will see Scherzinger reunite with her fellow former Pussycat Dolls member Ashley Roberts, who is part of the film’s fictional band ‘Girlfriends’ alongside Wilson. Melanie Chisholm (Spice Girls) and Shaznay Lewis (All Saints) complete the group.

Girl Group will also star Randall Park, Sheridan Smith, Jamie Lee O’Donnell, Guz Khan, Jolene, and Loren Gray.
